Meet Lucy
With over 16 years of experience in public health, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting the health and well-being of children and families.
My journey began with the WIC program, where I worked closely with families and gained a deep appreciation for the importance of early childhood development. I later had the opportunity to lead early childhood initiatives at Harris County Public Health, partnering with childcare centers to strengthen health, safety, education, and preparedness practices.
Becoming a mother deepened that passion even more. I believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment to learn and grow, and that starts with empowering the educators and caregivers who care for them each day. That belief inspired me to create Brilla Bright Learning — a space dedicated to supporting those who are helping shape the next generation.
